By accessing or using Due Dates Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users worldwide.

2. Description of Service

Due Dates Manager is a web-based personal finance and life admin dashboard that allows users to track loan EMIs, credit card due dates, utility bills, insurance renewals, document expiry dates, subscriptions, vehicle renewals, warranties, and health appointments. The Service is provided on a freemium basis with free and paid plans.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each account is for one individual user (or household under a Family plan). You must provide accurate, current information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for personal, household, or legitimate business financial tracking purposes. You agree not to: attempt to access other users' data; use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems; use the Service to store illegal content; attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security measures.

5. Plans and Billing

The Starter plan is provided free of charge. Paid plans (Pro, Family, Business) are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Due Dates Manager does not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access. The Service is a tracking and reminder tool only — it is not financial advice and does not guarantee that you will never miss a payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Due Dates Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed payments, late fees, or financial losses.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. Termination of your account results in permanent deletion of your data within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. For users in the European Union, EU consumer protection laws apply in addition to these Terms.
